Get ready for the biggest test of your ARKS career: Urgent Quests. These special Missions are challenging for even battle-hardened players. Read on, because forewarned is forearmed.
Occasionally, life on the Ship will get a bit chaotic and ARKS will call for immediate deployment of all available operatives. This is known as an Urgent Quest. Here is a short list of the basic things you need to know about them.
1. BUSINESS AS USUAL, OR WORK EMERGENCY?
Urgent Quests can appear at random or be a regular occurrence for areas with known Falspawn presence. You will have advance notification of when an Urgent Quest is about to start, as the ARKS Ship sirens will start blaring and its domed ceiling will flash red with emergency signs.
This is your cue to wrap up what you're doing and acquire the necessary items within the next few minutes.
2. GET IT WHILE IT’S HOT! (THE ACTION, THAT IS)
You must act fast if you want to join in on the action, so hurry to the Quest Counter shortly after you hear the emergency sirens. Urgent Quests are only available for a limited amount of time, so when all the Gateway Ships are full, they will depart, with or without you.
3. ONE MORE!
Some Urgent Quests can be repeated within the allotted time period, depending on available resources. Others are concluded when a task is accomplished, or a major enemy is slain, so make sure to plan accordingly and reap amazing rewards with each new Urgent Quest!
That’s three important things you need to know about Urgent Quests. See you next time!
